I only gave them 1star because there’s no option for zero or -3 negative three. My suits look like they took them out of the bags and hung them on hangers hoping the wrinkles would fall out before I noticed. I’ve called 3 times answering service says goodbye after it ring so many times. This sucks because I’m over a thousand miles away with wrinkles suits that I need for this weekend. I wish I could post a picture of my suits. I guess that saying is true.(cheaper is not better) whoever dry cleaned or not pressed these suits should be shamed to life.
