I only gave them 1star because there’s no option for zero or -3 negative three. My suits look like they took them out of the bags and hung them on hangers hoping the wrinkles would fall out before I noticed. I’ve called 3 times answering service says goodbye after it ring so many times. This sucks because I’m over a thousand miles away with wrinkles suits that I need for this weekend. I wish I could post a picture of my suits. I guess that saying is true.(cheaper is not better) whoever dry cleaned or not pressed these suits should be shamed to life.

They are the worst! I've tried so many times with this location as I live in the area but NEVER again. it's hit or miss with them. Some of your clothes will be ironed and some won't. And if you had a long night partying and got the underarms of a garment a little tart , well when you pick up your clothes it will still be tart! it's like, did they even clean the items. They act like they just don't care at this location.

They destroyed my Canada Goose coat (had the audacity to suggest I brought it in that way) the cleaner they use took the black color out of my coat - it is now some form of grey - gave me someone else's item and lost my bedspread. You get what you pay for!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR QUALITY ITEMS HERE - THEY WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE THEY CAUSE. The woman in front of me was upset because her WHITE dress came back PINK!!!!

Too big and too busy to care about even regular customers. Don't trust your valuable stuff here. I used to come here a lot because I passed by this intersection all the time. I also used to think that they cared whether I was a customer or not. Then they ruined my wife's sweater. I expect them them to at the very least give me a discount on my next dry cleaning. I had to come back with the sweater to talk to Russia the day shift manager and she basically said "not my problem" and did not care if I ever came back. They lost a good customer.

Service is great until you have a problem. I went in to pick up my clothes and the "manager" insisted I already picked them up. After arguing with her for 10 min she looked at the camera. Apparently they gave my clothes to some man - then she insisted I must have sent him in. She said "he had to have a receipt to pick them up. And I was standing there with my receipt in hand. SERIOUSLY?? NO I am the only person I know that (used to) come here. She told me to wait a week. As I needed my suit for an interview after a week and a half I had to purchase a new suit. She said she would give me 50% of the price due to depreciation on my "lost" clothes. About a month later she called me - the man who was mistakenly given my clothes brought them back.. She asked me if I would like to "purchase" them back - REALLY - you gave my clothes to someone else (and YES, I had my receipt with me) - now you want me to BUY them back? DONE DONE DONE with the crazy cleaners

Fast, reasonably priced, nice & clean atmosphere. My husband & have never had a bad experience here. In fact recently we brought in his favorite zip-up sweatshirt that had a busted zipper-pull. Alex the Alterations woman was Amazing, she thankfully had the part we needed and had it fixed in well under 10mins...the customers who came in with us practically left the same time we did. So if anyone is wondering we were quoted $16 to fix a zipper pull or $32 to replace zipper. Well worth it! :)
