Too big and too busy to care about even regular customers. Don't trust your valuable stuff here. I used to come here a lot because I passed by this intersection all the time. I also used to think that they cared whether I was a customer or not. Then they ruined my wife's sweater. I expect them them to at the very least give me a discount on my next dry cleaning. I had to come back with the sweater to talk to Russia the day shift manager and she basically said "not my problem" and did not care if I ever came back. They lost a good customer.
