Service is great until you have a problem. I went in to pick up my clothes and the "manager" insisted I already picked them up. After arguing with her for 10 min she looked at the camera. Apparently they gave my clothes to some man - then she insisted I must have sent him in. She said "he had to have a receipt to pick them up. And I was standing there with my receipt in hand. SERIOUSLY?? NO I am the only person I know that (used to) come here. She told me to wait a week. As I needed my suit for an interview after a week and a half I had to purchase a new suit. She said she would give me 50% of the price due to depreciation on my "lost" clothes. About a month later she called me - the man who was mistakenly given my clothes brought them back.. She asked me if I would like to "purchase" them back - REALLY - you gave my clothes to someone else (and YES, I had my receipt with me) - now you want me to BUY them back? DONE DONE DONE with the crazy cleaners
