I would've given no star's but had to make a review of a delivery driver that had a smart ass remark after I apologized for having to park behind his truck to get air in my son's tire.

Visiting Albany NY. Ordered my large coffee as usual. And today wanted a cup of water. SIXTY CENTS FOR A CUP OF WATER...REALLY !?I 86ed (canceled) that order and my usual will not be "as usual". (At least not in Albany NY).Poor marketing decision. Telling people on social media they have to pay 60 cents for a glass of water may not go over so well with the public. I guess we will find out. Good Luck with that.

Every time, after handling dirty money the Barristers hold cups up at the lid- where one's lips go to drink coffee. Obviously don't care about hygiene- and health of customers.That is why I stopped buying coffee at Dunkin donuts. I will spend my $1000.00 a year elsewhere...

Your coffee is okay but it is not worth $2.86 quit ripping us truckers off we work too damn hard for our money this is called robbery and the pilot has the best coffee on the planet and I only pay 1.37

Your roslindale location denied service last night at 850 and they were really really rude about it. Literrally rushed to get there before closing. They said call corporate they can check the cameras. I dont know what that means but I went to Starbucks made it there at 905 5 minutes after closing and they were nice enough to make us 2 coffees. Wont be coming back to this location ever. You should train your staff not to talk back to customers however they want as well. I told her I was recording her and suddenly she stopped talking. She even said really sir. Its 5 to 9 give me a break. Lol. Never coming back. Dont need a coupon. Keep it.

After my DD card was incorrectly charged at one of the locations, I was I formed to call customer service to rectify the situation. So I did. AN HOUR AND A HALF later I was still on hold. Walked into a nearby store and that store manager helped me in two mins. What is the point of customer service 800 numbers if y'all don't answer the phone. Even the store manager was ashamed that customer service wasn't picking up the phone. Once again, AN HOUR AND A HALF on hold. Never spoke with anybody from customer service!
