Client Review on El Pollo Loco, Inc.
Feedback:
I went thru drive-thru (Eddy-a man) and was treated rudely by Eddy. First off there was an extra charge for black beans instead of the pinto (50 cents) he never told me about the extra charge and I asked for no rice and got a very tiny burrito. So $3 for a tortilla with 2 spoons of black beans....ridiculous. He also was very short with me and told me he didn't have access to the menu at the drive thru window (wait, WHAT?). He kept referring to an item by the wrong name and I wanted to make sure I was getting the right item and he just said that he knows what it is...that it's the only item it could possibly be. This guy it turns out is an assistant manager, so went I went inside I had to complain to him about himself. All he wanted to do was quote me the corporate B.S. instead of just trying to make it right and realize he screwed up.
