I do not like how the GM managers and Assistant managers treated me they dont know how to treat employees cant make a schedule right Always yelling at you if you did one little thing wrong dont understand your situations at home the assistant managers standing around sleeping in the office demanding the employees to do their job I had to quit because of this nonsense..El polo loco on chandler blvd in Chandler ,AZ

Store5835. Filthy place . Complained to manager and she made the excuse that she had trainees. The tables, floor, soda and salsa bar were filthily. The filled the bar and didn’t clean it

chicken was very, very dry and not enjoyable. Have not been there in sometime and it will be even longer before I go again. They did not even give me a receipt, so just have to tell you that it was the Tropicana Avenue near Eastern location in Las Vegas. Nevada. When you have real young people run a business it reflects the kind of interest they have in it. I am sure they would rather be out parting.

Horrible experience! Visited the Gatlinburg, Tennessee location.. We visit here at least 4 times a year. This was our first visit to your restaurant. The decor was great.. Everything thing else was bad. We won't be back and will not recommend this place to anyone!

I went to El Pollo Loco on Cooper street in Arlington TX & ordered food on my lunch break. They gave me my food while running my card & it took a long time & said the system was down & made me give my lunch back. I was very embarrassed. Will never go there again.

Twice now at 6pm the location on Gaffey in San Pedro they were out of Chicken???!!! Seriously? It's dinner time!! Twice in a couple of weeks. It's time for a new Manager. Who would not have plenty of chicken ready at dinner time?

Monday, 7/30 went to location on Grand Ave/ Valley Blvd. In Walnut. Ordered only 3 piece dark meat and got red sause at salsa bar.One hour after eating I became violently I'll! I got food poisoning from either the chicken or salsa. I was unable to leave my bathroom for two days, missing work. I have never been this sick in my life!On the second day ,(today) when I was able to take a moment, I called the store asking for the manager I which the girl answering stated she was the manager? I explained to her what happened. She never asked for my phone number or name? All she had to say was "sorry"?I than called the corporate office leaving voicemails for Christine Jones and C. Ashford who neither have returned my call? I suspect they are aware of a problem but I caution all from eating at El Polo Loco!

I went thru drive-thru (Eddy-a man) and was treated rudely by Eddy. First off there was an extra charge for black beans instead of the pinto (50 cents) he never told me about the extra charge and I asked for no rice and got a very tiny burrito. So $3 for a tortilla with 2 spoons of black beans....ridiculous. He also was very short with me and told me he didn't have access to the menu at the drive thru window (wait, WHAT?). He kept referring to an item by the wrong name and I wanted to make sure I was getting the right item and he just said that he knows what it is...that it's the only item it could possibly be. This guy it turns out is an assistant manager, so went I went inside I had to complain to him about himself. All he wanted to do was quote me the corporate B.S. instead of just trying to make it right and realize he screwed up.

I was burnt by chicken tortilla soup my mouth and breast suffered 2nd degree burns nobody has reached out to me from corporate I've sent many email and placed many phone calls.................

This has been the worst place I have ever worked at. The drug use throughout the store is ridiculous. Believe me I should know while your chicken is being grill someone either out back blowing or in the bathroom drinking meth or shooting it up. They make drug use seems normal. I keep telling myself I'm not going to stop until my voice is heard. I have much more to tell.
