Fairway delivered. In what had been an ongoing, stressful situation, Fairway, provided the light at the end of the tunnel.From my initial phone inquiries with Rose and Denise, the consultaion with Matthew, and the mediation with Micheline, each team member was approachable, professional and supportive of our individual needs.The 1st day I walked into Fairway I anticipated a lengthy process. There were several issues on the table where my spouse and I had reached an impasse. It seemed like our ability to communicate and collaborate had broken down.During the mediation, Micheline's well rounded knowledge, experience and insight was reassuring. Her guidance kept the situaton calm, focused and under control. As a result, we were able to get through the brick wall and come up with solutions in a very short amount of time. Prior to engaging Fairway, we had tried a different form of mediation. This process only creared more frustration and animosity. I then considered going through a lawyer. I consulted with 2 different ones. I also talked to friends and acquaintances who had hired lawyers – some were on their 3rd or 5th year of litigation - bills, bad feelings and stress taking a toll and still no end in sight.For me, Fairway was the only viable option.
