Feedback:

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and lack of flexibility in negotiating the repair of my chaise lounge that their cleaning products clearly damaged. The chaise lounge was in excellent condition and only slightly soiled and after the cleaning, it was full of cracks ... Blair (the owner) refused to accept any responsibility for this!!! He gave me excuse after excuse as to why it was my fault ... e.g. the cracks were in the dye before and his cleaning products exposed this (which he neglected to inform me beforehand might occur) ... the cracks were covered by heavy soil (the chaise lounge had very little use and I only choose to clean it as I was moving to a brand new place) ... it wasn’t real leather but vinyl and they don’t repair that (despite his website clearly indicating that they do both leather and vinyl cleaning and repairs). In conclusion, I found Blair to be very unprofessional and Fibrenew does endorse customer satisfaction. I most definitely would not recommend using Fibrenew!!! Amy

I can't comment on the work but my experience with their customer service was not good. I have waited two weeks for an appointment and drove home from out of town to be emailed 20 mins before their ETA to be told he was too booked and short staffed??? If that is a reflection of their work quality I would be concerned.

Would like to write a review but after sending pictures, calling and leaving two messages and the finally getting through talking to the owner, who assured me that he would get back to me I have yet to talk to anyone. This is over the course of two weeks, very frustrating and they are obviously too busy to both with returning calls. I will look elsewhere.

Contacted Blair and got a quote regarding the faded spots on my leather couch. Decided to go ahead and have it restored. I’ve made several calls that go straight to voicemail. It’s been over three weeks and still no return call.
