I scheduled an appointment with Laura, she came out and measured and told me she would get a quote to us for painting and flooring, once she had her supervisor Chris finalize it. I called and followed up with her twice before calling the company. They scheduled Chris the owner out. I was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism, he was thorough and let me know my best options. He gave me a verbal price, and said he'd send the quote out the next day. It's now been over two weeks and I still haven't seen a written quote from them. I'm ready to do the project at this time, but will have to schedule other professionals out to bid it. I feel like they waisted our time.

Love the results! Finally got rid of my popcorn ceiling. Repainted the room. Had them demo a basement room and sheet rock it. Work was done in less time than I expected. Great to work with. Highly recommend.

I called five star for a bid and they had someone Alex out to bid in a few days. Due to my busy schedule, we had to communicate over the phone and through text and email and came to an agreement. They had an opening through an appointment getting moved and were able to start the next day! There was some confusion about the trim on the sides of my house. The company claimed I hadn’t specified that I wanted the vertical side trim painted, and said it would take a half day extra labor and wanted to charge me $200 more to paint it. I took care of it in an hour with a roller. Made such a huge difference! Otherwise, totally happy with the job! Hugo was wonderful to work with, he came out and pressure washed and primed and painted and made our house look brand new. He was so courteous and professional, and always let us know what was going on every step of the way. He cleaned up at the end of every day, and made our house look brand new! Thanks, Hugo! Too bad he was not allowed to accept tips.
