I called five star for a bid and they had someone Alex out to bid in a few days. Due to my busy schedule, we had to communicate over the phone and through text and email and came to an agreement. They had an opening through an appointment getting moved and were able to start the next day! There was some confusion about the trim on the sides of my house. The company claimed I hadn’t specified that I wanted the vertical side trim painted, and said it would take a half day extra labor and wanted to charge me $200 more to paint it. I took care of it in an hour with a roller. Made such a huge difference! Otherwise, totally happy with the job! Hugo was wonderful to work with, he came out and pressure washed and primed and painted and made our house look brand new. He was so courteous and professional, and always let us know what was going on every step of the way. He cleaned up at the end of every day, and made our house look brand new! Thanks, Hugo! Too bad he was not allowed to accept tips.
