I never new the value of good shoes until I visited this shoe store. Brian helped me to find just the right shoes, which were not only cute, but so comfortable! He showed me a couple others that I didn't pick out (and frankly, didn't think I would like), and one of them ended up being my very favorite shoe! I even have it in a couple colors now, thanks to Christine as well. Since then, I haven't worn any other shoes, since my feet and my back are so happy now. I never knew my back pain was due to shoes, until I found this amazing store! I have been a customer for the past 2 years and will be for good, thanks to the great team at this store!

Stopped in on Monday because I’ve had severe foot pain the last several months. Jeremy helped me every step of the way. He answered all my questions and made sure my feet were happy. I ended up going back for a change to my order and he effortlessly took care of me.

I had three different people help me the entire time. My feet have been in awful condition and in pain for years. I could not go a day without pain, even when I was sitting or lying down. After my first appointment with them, I feel like they have changed my life. They spent an hour helping find the proper fit and support and really took the time to explain everything to me. I felt like they really cared and were really happy that they could help. They even let me hug them as I was leaving. They also take your HSA card! - This really helped me with the cost. This location is so caring and so dedicated in making you feel better. I will most definitely be back for some cute shoes I have my on and for the excellent customer service!

I am sitting here looking at 20 pairs of shoes that I am getting rid of. Since I purchased my shoes from Brian at foot solutions, and found out how comfortable I can be, there is no going back! Seriously - Your feet will not regret it. I stand for 8 hours a day on concrete - I have not had any sore feet since I have made the switch! THANK YOU!

I have shopped here consistently for about 7 years and love all the shoes I’ve purchased. Besides the excellent quality of the shoes, the customer service keeps me coming back! Brian and Marsha have been super to work with. Recently I took my mother, who has Alzheimer’s, to purchase shoes. Christine was extremely patient with her, and we succeeded in finding 2 pair of shoes that fit! I’ve also purchased 2 of my favorite scarves here. Happy shopping!

The folks at this store know their stuff! Brian made a world of difference on my feet explaining the variance in my gait and how to be more comfortable in any shoe that I wear. I go on long hikes through the mountains and now I will never wear another shoe. The custom orthotics fit my foot perfectly and there is a clear change in the alignment of my ankle and my knee, it's no wonder I had issues in the past but now 15 miles is just a drop in the bucket, I couldn't be happier! I sent my mom here after discovering this place and was thrilled she had the same wonderful experience. I can't recommend them highly enough! You'll definitely find something you love

I am a hairstylist and was in desperate need for a good pair of shoes because I stand all day and was having lower back pain. I heard of Foot Solutions through a client and went by there. I met with Brian and he was very knowledgeable in regards to how orthotics work and explained everything making sure I understood the process. He made some recommendations and I bought an orthotic and shoes. I ended up coming back a few days later because my feet were hurting he offered some suggestions and I tried them but the shoes didn't work out. Talk about Dr Jekkyl and Mr Hyde he had an attitude. When i retuned the shoes he threw the shoes in a box, accused me of wearing them outside, suggested he could fix the problem but was very nasty and had a serious attitude. Needless to say I did get a refund and I will not come back😐.
