I am a hairstylist and was in desperate need for a good pair of shoes because I stand all day and was having lower back pain. I heard of Foot Solutions through a client and went by there. I met with Brian and he was very knowledgeable in regards to how orthotics work and explained everything making sure I understood the process. He made some recommendations and I bought an orthotic and shoes. I ended up coming back a few days later because my feet were hurting he offered some suggestions and I tried them but the shoes didn't work out. Talk about Dr Jekkyl and Mr Hyde he had an attitude. When i retuned the shoes he threw the shoes in a box, accused me of wearing them outside, suggested he could fix the problem but was very nasty and had a serious attitude. Needless to say I did get a refund and I will not come back😐.
