Go in store to use their services. Both times I have used their online shop I have had my CC number stolen and used in the US. Seems like their website might be compromised. To be fair I haven't used their online service for a couple of years, it's possible their website security has been updated since then.

Been going to forest of flowers southdale location for 20 years and first time today for my 8th wedding anniversary i received poor service the woman was more concerned with another female customer though i was ready long before any other she didn't ask my phone number which is customary didnt ask for babys breath which they always do or if i needed anything else as well as rushing me out the door so as i can assume get back to the female customer well very disappointing

Excellent location to get flowers. I have been using them for several years and their arrangements are always great. My only advice is to call in advance since the may not have the more uncommon flowers in stock but they can usually get you whatever you need.

I ordered an arrangement online for a good friend who was in hospital. Lucy called me about a half hour later to ask if I wanted a refund because the receiving party was still in ICU and flowers/gifts could not be delivered there. Lucy even offered to call the hospital each day to check if she had moved to a private room so that she might then have the flowers delivered. Lucy provided excellent and friendly service. She's gone above and beyond. Thank you Lucy!
