I ordered an arrangement online for a good friend who was in hospital. Lucy called me about a half hour later to ask if I wanted a refund because the receiving party was still in ICU and flowers/gifts could not be delivered there. Lucy even offered to call the hospital each day to check if she had moved to a private room so that she might then have the flowers delivered. Lucy provided excellent and friendly service. She's gone above and beyond. Thank you Lucy!
