What was the best part of the experience?

Chris and his team have been great from the start, and continue to be through our first sales already! There are a lot of positive things I could say but the piece that has resonated with me the most has been the trust exuded from the entire team. No matter our questions or concerns they are met with sincerity and answered with industry knowledge and expertise.

What would you change about the experience?

I wish I found FMS directly versus through a broker introduction, although our initial contact was friendly and ready to do business, the real journey started once we went with FMS only.

Feedback:

FMS is a professional team of experts that cover all aspects of a developing franchise. I have limited exposure to this industry but the exposure I do have has been fairly cut throat. FMS does not handle their business in those terms and is a partner along the journey. Oakley Home Access is excited to continue our partnership with FMS now and in the future.
