What was the best part of the experience?
Chris and his team have been great from the start, and continue to be through our first sales already! There are a lot of positive things I could say but the piece that has resonated with me the most has been the trust exuded from the entire team. No matter our questions or concerns they are met with sincerity and answered with industry knowledge and expertise.
What would you change about the experience?
I wish I found FMS directly versus through a broker introduction, although our initial contact was friendly and ready to do business, the real journey started once we went with FMS only.

FMS is a professional team of experts that cover all aspects of a developing franchise. I have limited exposure to this industry but the exposure I do have has been fairly cut throat. What was the best part of the experience?
From development to mentorship, FMS has and still is, the guiding light in the darkest paths of a new or experienced entrepreneur. When we first met Chris Conners we were (like any business owner) skeptical and scared of taking on the world of franchising. We at Scoopy Poopy Poop had talked to other franchising consultants but just didn't feel that they had the best interest in our brand/company that we are very passionate about. Chris and his amazing team made us feel comfortable and made the process incredibly easier then we imagined. Chris became one of us, he took our brand and made it his. He took our success very personal and became emotionally involved like us. He became our friend, team partner, and a support that went beyond what we expected. Overall, I will say this, in this world of ever increasing scam companies and con-artists, it's hard to trust anyone. It took a HUGE LEAP of FAITH to finally decide to franchise our brand and to chose a company to help us do so. My opinion, THANK GOD we made the decision to go with FMS. I am very sincere when I tell you that Chris is emotionally and personally involved your success. He stood there with us and even when I when I felt overwhelmed and came close to a mental meltdown, he never gave up on us. We initiated our relationship with FMS early in our development process when we needed to get our operations manuals documented. We are a brand that needed to create a totally new category in Franchising because what we do had never been done before. Being a National Homebuilder that uses off-site modular construction to build custom homes I'm glad we found FMS. FMS came in with a professional approach and completed our project in a timely and accurate.
