What was the best part of the experience?
The customer service they have and the thoroughness of their product is what sets FMS apart. I received my business plan within 2 weeks. My FDD within two more weeks after that. They respond to my text and emails within minutes. I have recommended them to two other business owners, and they have also decided to franchise with FMS.
What would you change about the experience?
Everything has been a five star experience so far. The CEO, Chris flew in to meet with me individually. I am on a text and phone call basis with him and he values all of his clients and customers.
