Feedback:

We had a party of 20 people going to the Swansea restaurant. We called ahead to notify them of a big party heading their way, and the person on the phone needs to learn how to hit the mute button. She put us on hold and clearly I could hear her talking to another employee upset about how big the party is. She kept on telling the employee that she was going to deny us from going there! But she never told us on the phone. When we got there we got treated rudely and got mistreated! For drinks they gave us kiddie size cups, we asked why and the waitress said cause the size of the party! Now some of us were upset and started to get upset with the waitress, so she told her manager and the manager came and told us not to be rude to the waitress. Well if all of the restaurant employees did their job and didn’t mistreated us maybe you wouldn’t get an attitude back at you! Now if Friendly’s accepts this kind of treatment towards their customers, then maybe next time I’ll take my party to another restaurant that would greatly appreciate the business!
