Great, quick service, but be careful who you let do your eyebrows if you value them. Not all staff is trained to properly do them, and you end up with a ruined face for a few weeks.

Won’t be returning to fuzz wax bar again. Terrible experience at this location as well. Got burned, found location to have a high turn over rate. Will be supporting a better company

Excellent wax bar! They’re clean, use good quality wax, the aestheticians go out of their way to make you comfortable and use great technique. Appointment booking can be done with ease and the prices are well worth the services. Special shout out to Celma and Kara ❤️

I love coming to this location to see celma! She is absolutely amazing!! I would never see anyone else for my waxes. I’ve been going to her for soooo long now I never miss a wax. I have a fanatic membership and as long as she is working at fuzz I won’t ever cancel my membership! She deserves a raise because she takes so much pride in what she does pays so much attention to detail and makes sure everything is always done right and perfect. I would give 10 stars if I could.

I booked an appointment for a service I had recently heard about, but never personally experienced before. For those reasons, I was nervous about the appointment, so I called first thing that morning to confirm that it's a common service and was assured that they do it all the time. When I got into the room with my Fuzzologist, Alexa, she had never done a neck hairline wax before. I let her know that I took precaution to call and confirm I'd have an easy experience with a knowledgeable Fuzzologist and that I was a bit hesitant to move forward with the wax since she'd never done it before. She, at that point, said several times that it would be fine and we'd go slow but seemed very confused about what was going on in general. So much so that I had to show her pictures on my phone. At the end, she gave me a small mirror to see the back of my head and i noticed that my neck on one side was very red. She assured me that it wasn't a bruise and it would go away within an hour or two. It's now three days later and my skin is so red, burnt, peeling, very sore and I wasn't able to wear my hair up to the event I was getting this service done for. I DMd the company on twitter and was told I'd hear back from the district manager, Ashley Carty, but haven't. I can't believe the lack to response on this. I'll be escalating this to the appropriate channels immediately given the lack of support.

Went in for a Brazilian this week, I was late because of work and they were all nice at the reception, still managing to make time for me. The lady who did my Brazilian was really nice and she was very fast which is nice for me because I’m a novice at getting wax services. She saw that I was bleeding a bit (completely normal) so she advised me to buy one of their kit without explaining too much what was in it, what it was for and without talking about price. When I went to the reception to pay for the service, they already had the kit and I had to ask about the price, it’s when I decided I did not want it. As usual I checked if everything was well done when I was home and I still have quite a bit of hair left (not just one or two there and there, more like a patch of it). At 60$ to get everything off I would say I’m disappointed I have still some hair left and I have to take care of it myself now.
