We have been planning all aspects of our new resort home at Friday Harbour for well over a year. During construction, I frequently visited the resort with excitement to check on the job site. On nearly every visit I would see Garage Living installation trucks parked on a number of driveways completing jobs for residents that had recently closed on their properties. I was extremely impressed with the finished product and quickly realized that this would be a priority before moving-in. As our closing date approached, I contacted Garage Living and was put in touch with Daniel Albo who has handled all of the projects on the property. When I reached him he happened to be onsite and offered to measure my garage while we discussed my wants and needs over the phone. The garage is such a critical part of each of the units at Friday Harbour being the primary entry point so considering our exact requirements was extremely important. Daniel walked through all of the options with me, suggesting ways to manage some of the utilities and mechanical systems that would be installed. I received a detailed drawing with a scale floorplan, elevations and 3D rendering. Daniel also suggested Garage Living’s Harbour Blue Designer Series as a colour palette that was created to embody the lakeside lifestyle and overall modern features of the architecture. Every element of the plan was considered and after I agreed to proceed Daniel met onsite on my behalf to meet with other trades to ensure that his plan would be executed as designed. The crew arrived early and as scheduled to install the floor coating on the first day, followed by the cabinetry and wall panels. The cabinets were modified to accommodate the mechanical systems perfectly and everything is neatly hidden behind closed doors. The quality of the products installed and the workmanship is unparalleled. After packing up their tools and cleaning the site the crew even washed the floor! I can’t say enough good things about the entire experience. Rarely do plans, promises and visions become reality as they have with my new garage. I would highly recommend Garage Living and Daniel to anyone that asks and when we show our new place to family and friends we leave the garage for last.

Garage living was fantastic to deal with and I was impressed with product and material knowledge. The workmanship was better than expected even refinishing stairs and difficult areas. The quality of cabinets, paneling and accessories do not feel cheap; they’re excellent. They delivered as promise and on time.

An amazing installation of our new liftmaster elite garage door openers by the one and only Garage Living! The fantastic team performed an outstanding job and we are so happy with the experience. The crew was on time, polite, clean and extremely professional. This is our second home that will be completely outfitted and organized by Garage Living. We highly recommend Garage Living to all our friends and family as we know they always do a top notch, one of a kind job. We look forward to having Garage Living complete the rest of our garage transformation soon.

I found everyone I dealt with at Garage Living helpful and professional. I was thrilled with the outcome and felt I got a fair price for the work. Here's the kicker.....I had a contractor doing some driveway work at my house who inadvertently used his 4,000PSI pressure washer on a small area of my new flooring! Well this stuff is tough, but that was a little too much pressure on a new floor....a piece of the flooring ( about the size of 2 loonies) got blasted off. Called Garage living and explained and they came and refinished the area, "no charge!" I was obviously very satisfied as I fully expected to pay for the service call and work required, it wasn't their fault! Alex wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied.....and by the way, you can't even tell where the repair was done! Thanks Garage Living for your commitment to quality and customer satisfaction!! I have recommended these guys to many friends with confidence.

I have to say this is my first ever online review of any company doing work in my home, so here it goes. This is now my third project completed by Garage Living and I couldn’t be happier. I originally met Daniel 4 years ago when we hired Garage Living to coat our garage floor. Shortly after the floor completion we moved homes and called Garage Living in again but expanded our scope of work to include their pvc slatwall organizing paneling, heavy duty shelving and of course their polyaspartic garage floor coating. As time passed and our storage needs grew and I passed by their very impressive showroom in Vaughan for the first time to pick up more hooks for the slatwall where I discovered that in addition to garage they expanded into the outdoor kitchen and cabinetry industry. Timing for this discovery couldn’t be better as I was starting my backyard landscaping project which included a professionally installed outdoor kitchen. Although I have received a couple other quotes from other vendors, I felt comfortable giving Garage Living the opportunity to bid the job as I was extremely impressed by their showroom display which was almost exactly what I looked to achieve. I contacted my original designer Daniel to schedule the initial onsite design consultation where Daniel spent the time to really establish my wants, needs and establish an appropriate budget for the job. Two days later I received detailed drawings of what he proposed accompanied by a formal itemized quotation inclusive of the actual outdoor kitchen cabinetry, grill, counter tops, refrigerator and sink. The initial quote came in a little beyond my budget level but Daniel stayed very patient with me and helped trim back where necessary to get me to where I needed to be while ensuring the aesthetics and functionality was left in tact. In the end we proceeded with every recommendation Daniel made. There were many back and forth discussions about proper colour selection and I’m so happy Daniel stayed firm on his initial selection that I also saw on display in the showroom. The job was scheduled for 5 weeks out giving time for me to complete the hardscaping prior to Garage Living’s arrival. During this time Daniel was in close contact with the landscapers and carpenters to ensure the site conditions would be perfect for their installation. This was not something we discussed would be included in the scope of work but something Daniel did to ensure the project was a complete success. A few days prior to the scheduled installation date we received a phone call reminding us of our installation. The installers showed up on time and ready to work. The kitchen was installed in one day and the installers left the job site spotless and did a great job all around. Daniel came back to meet with both the gas fitter and counter top installer to ensure everything was being done perfectly. Knowing that we had a very large outdoor dinner party scheduled for the that weekend after the installation completion, Daniel came back to the house and spent 30 minutes with my wife giving her a full instructional training seminar on how every aspect of our kitchen worked with focus on our new Alfresco grill. Just when we thought we couldn’t have been more impressed with Garage Living, I got a phone call the Monday after our function from Daniel to follow up how the function went and what I thought about the grill. This for me went well beyond my expectations of customer service and urged me to share my experience online. Every step of the process was A+, the product is amazing and the staff from showroom reception, to design, to installation couldn’t be better. Had these guys come in to work on my garage door.Arjay was absolutely professional yet very friendly. He explained in detailed what it was that had happened to my door and why it had come off its tracks. While he worked on fixing it... He explained exactly what it was he was doing and why it was needed to be done. Arjay was knowledgeable and helpful by explaining what I need to do in order to help the maintenance of my garage door and help the upkeep so that the longevity of it was even longer. Overall the experience was great..the work done on my garage door was fast and efficient. I would recommend Arjay to anyone that has an issue arise with their garage door.
