Starting to wish we never booked them for my wedding. I wait weeks for a email reply. Commented on a comment on their Facebook seeing if someone can reply to my email, they deleted my comment and blocked me from commenting and dming them. I'm so worried that they won't turn up on the day of my wedding.

I had so many unanswered emails and they felt very disorganised. Only good part was the actual booth and the couple running it on the day.

Not sure if this company has been taken over but we booked it last year for our wedding in October, at this point it was well reviewed. After numerous attempts to contact the company and unable to log in due to recieving no password reset messages, we sent an email to the company. We wanted to enquire about cancelling our booking with 9 weeks to go and to see how much of a refund we would recieve as we paid in full. We never recieved a call back, just an extremly rude email stating that we would get no money 'as we had chosen to give them little notice'. We then had another email instantly saying the booking had been cancelled. No discussion or anything!! The reviews say it all and we wish we had chosen another company. Gigglebooth are unprofessional, rude and quite frankly after reading other reviews we think we've dodged a bullet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Please don’t book with these. The only thing that really stressed me out for my wedding. I received favours the day before my wedding after chasing them up everyday. Communication is awful I really don’t know how they are going

Don't book this company Paid for favours to be delivered 3 weeks before got them a week beofre not with no labels or packaging as promised then said they will be with me by weds for Friday wedding.. they wasn't, spent day before wedding packing and labeling 80 favours myself Promised partial refund.. still haven't got it Turned up over an hour late setting up in front of everyone Couple running it were dressed in hoodies and caps and sat on their phones all night Haven't got guest book back no one can tell me where it is (whole point of getting a photo booth) Don't answer phone or emails Don't book this company
