Not sure if this company has been taken over but we booked it last year for our wedding in October, at this point it was well reviewed. After numerous attempts to contact the company and unable to log in due to recieving no password reset messages, we sent an email to the company. We wanted to enquire about cancelling our booking with 9 weeks to go and to see how much of a refund we would recieve as we paid in full. We never recieved a call back, just an extremly rude email stating that we would get no money 'as we had chosen to give them little notice'. We then had another email instantly saying the booking had been cancelled. No discussion or anything!! The reviews say it all and we wish we had chosen another company. Gigglebooth are unprofessional, rude and quite frankly after reading other reviews we think we've dodged a bullet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
