My daughter has been coming going to NPI for over a year now. I am amazed at all of the negative reviews here. The way I see it, if you don't get what you want, you will give a bad review. Maybe people should follow through with their doctors appointments and follow doctor's orders so that you don't have a bad experience. We have had nothing but the best experience. We show up on scheduled appointments, we show up ON TIME, and we follow doctor's orders. Success, success, success!!Thank you Dr. Breiter and Jessica for all of you wonderful help. We love you!

This place is a dump. Very dirty and not very welcoming. The billing people are very nice and pleasant but I'm not going there just for the people that take my money. Out of the 3 times I've been there, I've been prescribed a new medication every single time without them even getting to the source of what is even wrong. If you are looking for a bandaid for your problems, this is for you. If you want to actually be treated and get medical assistance to get to the source and find a solution, go elsewhere. Very disappointing.Update july 24thThis is the second time the office has called a day in advance to request I re-schedule my appointment. The office requires an actual office visit to refill medications so its extreamly inconvenient to have to reschedule multiple times just for a prescription refill. They really make sure they get their money that's for sure.

This place is a nightmare. Their phone girls/staff in the appointments, billing, and med refill departments are HORRIBLY RUDE and badly untrained. Their voicemail box is always full, for billing, mind you, not med refills. There must be about 5 or 10 different girls that work there, and none of them communicate with each other. It's like starting over every time you actually get one of them on the phone.Tracey is a very nice and understanding NP, and I would highly recommend her if you choose to brave the communication/logistical nightmare that this place is

I have called this place several times, always on hold for 15 to 30 and then hung up on. Once after being told I was the 3rd caller in line, someone actually answered. Instead of making an appointment, she then acted like she was going to transfer my call to someone else. I was on hold again and the recording said I was the 3rd caller in line and after waiting 20 minutes, the call was disconnected. This is not a good first impression and I will not be calling them ever again!

I've had nothing but a pleasant experience here. Sarah and Julie are amazing. I don't like the waiting area set up, it's a bit institutionalized but the staff is amazing!
