This place is a nightmare. Their phone girls/staff in the appointments, billing, and med refill departments are HORRIBLY RUDE and badly untrained. Their voicemail box is always full, for billing, mind you, not med refills. There must be about 5 or 10 different girls that work there, and none of them communicate with each other. It's like starting over every time you actually get one of them on the phone.Tracey is a very nice and understanding NP, and I would highly recommend her if you choose to brave the communication/logistical nightmare that this place is
