On June 29, 2019, I had a crack in the pipe which was pooling water above a light switch in my basement. Steven, was the technician assigned to the job and he was unbelievably professional and patient. Amongst the initial issue that I called for, I had a few other small plumbing concerns and Steven was more than willing to take a walk through of my home and explained what my options were in addressing the problem. What I enjoyed most about my experience with Steven, is that I did not feel that he was trying to up-sell any service that I did not need, which immediately put me at ease. In Each area of my home that he worked, he left it as clean as he met it. That is a huge plus. Another significant benefit in choosing Good Tidings, is the ease of scheduling an appointment, which is usually in a very short turn around.
