Feedback:

1st and 2nd impression was excellent. Adrien was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They came to me on a Sunday within 90 minutes. As a homeowner to know that you have a heating/cooling repair man that is responsive on a Sunday is priceless. I highly recommend this company

You are dealing with a company who doesn’t like to be told their service is pricey - “quality costs money” - they will preach back to you After leaving, you will find lots of stickers , cards across your property - I still continue to find more reminders that wouldn’t peel off I called these guys because cooling wasn’t sufficient in my bottom floor - they quoted lots of money for refilling the Freon with a mandatory test and no guarantee for a fix - I cut my losses with a mandatory $95 but little did I realize I had unwanted graffiti all over my property without permission. They will leave a lot of reminders that they were here - here are 3 out of the 10 they left - one of them actually warned the next service provider not to service the equipment because it was under their care

On June 29, 2019, I had a crack in the pipe which was pooling water above a light switch in my basement. Steven, was the technician assigned to the job and he was unbelievably professional and patient. Amongst the initial issue that I called for, I had a few other small plumbing concerns and Steven was more than willing to take a walk through of my home and explained what my options were in addressing the problem. What I enjoyed most about my experience with Steven, is that I did not feel that he was trying to up-sell any service that I did not need, which immediately put me at ease. In Each area of my home that he worked, he left it as clean as he met it. That is a huge plus. Another significant benefit in choosing Good Tidings, is the ease of scheduling an appointment, which is usually in a very short turn around. Professional service ✔️ Clean work✔️Ease of scheduling appointment ✔️ Quality of work✔️. What more could you ask for? 😊

Matt, from Good Tidings was pleasant, professional and courteous. There was a potential issued of concern regarding my gas valve. He evaluated the gas valve, swiftly identified the problem and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Matt offered a program that Good tidings was extending to new customers that included a 19 point check (I may be wrong about the number lol) of my heating and cooling system which was great, because 1) I am not a handy person and 2) It placed me as a VIP member for one year which includes a 24 hour priority service call. What could be that when you are in a jam and need immediate assistance? :)To top it off, he is dog friendly, as my little 10 month old Zoe is an excitable little bee. (sorry again, Matt. lol)If you are looking for a professional, friendly, efficient and quality service, choose Good Tidings, Clark, NJ. Today, October 12, 2018. This is an amendment to my original review. Without sharing the specific details regarding a matter that I had to discuss with the management at Tidings two weeks ago, I will say that I am pleased and reassured that this company stands behind their word and will make every concerted effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Service excellence is truly synonymous with Good Tidings.M

I have only wonderful things to say about Good Tidings and their employees. I had an emergency on Sunday September 22, 2019, my hot water tank was leaking all over my basement. I called Good Tidings’s 6;45 am at 7:00 am I received a call from them and at 8:00 am they were at my home, replaced my hot water heater and the technician was on his way. They were there for me and always have been. They are the best I recommend them to anyone and I’m glad they are a part of my life. They are dependable, professional, prompt and always courteous. For me. they get 10 STARS
