Matt, from Good Tidings was pleasant, professional and courteous. There was a potential issued of concern regarding my gas valve. He evaluated the gas valve, swiftly identified the problem and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Matt offered a program that Good tidings was extending to new customers that included a 19 point check (I may be wrong about the number lol) of my heating and cooling system which was great, because 1) I am not a handy person and 2) It placed me as a VIP member for one year which includes a 24 hour priority service call. What could be that when you are in a jam and need immediate assistance? :)To top it off, he is dog friendly, as my little 10 month old Zoe is an excitable little bee. (sorry again, Matt. lol)If you are looking for a professional, friendly, efficient and quality service, choose Good Tidings, Clark, NJ. Today, October 12, 2018. This is an amendment to my original review. Without sharing the specific details regarding a matter that I had to discuss with the management at Tidings two weeks ago, I will say that I am pleased and reassured that this company stands behind their word and will make every concerted effort to ensure customer satisfaction. Service excellence is truly synonymous with Good Tidings.M
