I know this location has had some bad reviews in the past, but I feel like they're trying to improve. Tonight I ordered on the app and picked it up. The staff and I both checked my order, but didn't realize my soup was missing until I got home. I called and they were very apologetic. They said they'd make it fresh when I returned. Then a few minutes later they called and offered to deliver it to me free of charge. They even included their delicious cookie as an apology. We'll definitely keep giving them our business. Friendly staff goes a long way.
