Service tech arrived late and did not call to advise us, staff member smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. When I was asked to review the job of re-sealing the tub I mentioned some rough areas along the caulk line and was told - he didn't see that. Afterwards, I went back into my bathroom to find all the dirty rags(3-4) and old caulking and debris from the project in my bathroom trash can along with dirt and debris still left on the floor.
