The workman were polite and worked hard. I appreciated the fact that they took their shoes off while in the home! The job looked great when they were through.I have two suggestions for improvements:1) No one mentioned there was a minimum of 7 days required after job was completed before areas could be used. Eventually I inquired about this but no one got back to me. About one week before the scheduled job I asked again and was told about this one week cure time. Because residence was going to be occupied immediately after the job for one week, the job had to be re-scheduled. This basic info of a no use - 7 day cure time should have been offered by the company from the beginning and especially when scheduling date for the job. Had I not thought of it and asked again, it would have been a real mess with the residence in for a week and not being able to use the bathroom facilities where they would have had to go to a hotel or fly back out right away and re-schedule their trip. 2) scheduling and work crew on same page with the appointment time. I was informed with an email that the work crew would be arriving at 9 am and I would be given a 30 minute call in advance. The company was informed this was needed as I did not live on the property but would drive out to allow workman access to residence. I received a call by work crew at 9:30 am that they would be arriving but closer to 10:30 am. I asked him what happened to the 9 am arrival time and he knew nothing about it. Owner's had to pay the 1 1/2 hours of wait time which could have easily been avoided had scheduling & work crew been in better communication.I hope the company can make changes in these simple areas which would greatly improve the customer experience! Outside of the above areas, I was very pleased with the whole company!
