I had a terrible experience with this company. They were sent by my builder to clean up messy grout and debris left on the tiles. ONE man showed up, took a look and stated "I can't do this, it needs 3 or 4 guys to move everything and do this job" he said we would reschedule and left. I saw him sitting in his car out front for nearly half and hour. Another car showed up, and he and another then came to my door to NOW say they were going to do the job(?). What a mess they made, furniture moved everywhere, place in my new BATHTUB, and shower, put outside, I asked PLEASE be careful there are many valuable things here. After several nerve wracking hours they began replacing furniture. One man went over all the floors with a machine, the other did spot areas by hand- but missed 60% of the areas in question, Going over the entire floor with a machine did little to address the big issue.waste of time. In the end, I realized my expensive leather sofa had 'indents' where it was pushed against something and a new lacquer table had a chip: there were other damages as well. The SO CALLED OWNER, Johnathan, a young rude man came weeks later to supposedly inspect the damages. All he di was be extremely DEFENSIVE, would NOT LISTEN, said HE knew everything..insisted that 2 men showed up, not one, basically called me a lier and was so frustrating I asked him to leave. HE WAS AWFUL !!!! DON"T USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!! BAD JOB AND WORSE ATTITUDE ...
