When you first speak with the owner, he makes pretty big promises which unfortunately the company cannot seem to deliver on. Firstly, their diapers, possibly due to being worn out, have poor absorbency relative to both disposables and other cloth diapers. As well, many diapers had broken snaps and soil marks. The covers they rent also have rips, some held together with hockey tape. Secondly, although we only used the service for about a month and a half, there were a mistakes on more than one delivery - too few diapers delivered, wrong size, etc. When trying to contact the company to address such issues, as diapers are a need right now type product, calls and emails went unanswered either entirely or it took a couple of days. When signing up for the service, responsiveness was one of the biggest points the owner sold us on.- you can call him anytime and for any baby related concern. Even when given the owners direct cell, attempts were still ignored. Overall, using the service, given the mistakes that required follow up, and the poor quality/worn out diapers that caused many leaks and extra laundry, i would strongly recommend not using the company and if you want to cloth diaper, purchase your own supply. Doing the cleaning portion yourself is actually much less of an inconvenience than dealing with this company and the poor product.

Don’t use this company as their cloth diapers are make with 100% ringspun polyester which is non breathable material. They buy cheap china napkin fabrics to make cloth diapers. Avoid this company.

Happy Nappy has provided our family with outstanding, supportive and caring service and always with great communication. Our baby arrived during the Holiday season and Brent, Melody and crew went above and beyond doing an extra diaper delivery top up , to be sure we would have lots of diapers to get us to the New Year. Brent and the Happy Nappy crew were extremely helpful in assisting us as first time Grandparentswanting to gift our daughter and son in law with the gift of Happy Nappy cloth diaper service for their first child.I wanted the starter pack of diapers early to make a cloth diaper cake as a presentation of our gift for our daughter's Baby shower. Brent and crew were most helpful, delivering the diapers to my houseon a bit of short notice so this diaper cake could be created. Happy Nappy has been great at answering our questions, great communication, and providing us with very outstanding customer service.The diaper cake was a big hit ....and 3 guests are interested in Happy Nappy Service !Thanks so much again for all your Help!

I really enjoyed using cloth diapers for my twins. It’s a great service to be able to receive unlimited diapers especially with newborns. It’s super convenient that they deliver to you weekly, especially cause it’s difficult to get out much with multiples. I would use it again in a heartbeat!

I used this service for both my children. Very convenient for those wanting to try cloth diapers but concerned about cleaning. Brent was very personable and responsive. No complaints in delivery of service and they were quick to accommodate any last minute requests for additional diapers or a change in size (etc). I preferred to use my own covers. I have friends who used this service up until potty training age but I found cloth diapers did not work as well for my family ~6-8 months...but this is personal preference and does not reflect performance of the company.

As someone said to me before I had my baby, "Don't fear cloth!" and after using Happy Nappy since my daughter was born, I would have to agree. The service couldn't be better - timely, generous with diapers, and responsive to any questions/comments. Great service and great for the planet!!

Brent and his staff were very responsive throughout our two year span using Happy Nappy. Diapers were delivered approximately same time every delivery day, any concerns or questions were answered in a timely manner and most importantly diapers were clean and the right size every time. Any time we needed anything extra, we either emailed or left a note for the driver. Highly recommend Happy Nappy cloth diaper service for any moms and dads looking to make the choice. It’s absolutely worth it. Your baby’s bum and your wallet will thank you!

WARNING!!! Worked for this Company part-time for 2 weeks. Never got signed on and never got paid. Over two weeks have passed and after repeated attempts requesting payment for days worked. NOTHING. Be Careful.
