I recommend never staying here. I booked I room for one night through Priceline. When I arrived they took an additional $50 out my account and said it would be refunded in 24 hours, it has yet to be refunded. The lady gave me the room keys I went to the room with my 11month daughter and there was a random man staying in there. I left the room immediately and told the front desk lady Rebecca about it. She didn’t know who the person was and claimed she never checked anyone into that room. I didn’t stay there that night. Called Priceline to get a refund and they said they just need the manager to sign off on it. The manager has yet to answer or return any of their calls. So now I don’t have a refund for the room and the 24 hour hold fee is still not reversed. Worst experience at a hotel that I have ever had.
