I have no idea why they take such an extortionate management fee every year. The head office is incapable of coordinating between their cleaners and their clients other than the very initial introduction with a cleaner. From then on you are left to manage your cleaner entirely yourself. Any last minute cancellations or absence due to holidays etc are a nightmare to organise around. The head office take their money up front and from them on have no incentive to continue providing the management service you would expect from such a fee.The cleaners they provide are also hit and miss with most being in the 'miss' category, doing the bare minimum and not staying for their full time slot if they feel they are done etc. But as mentioned above, trying to change from the cleaner initially provided is such a logistical nightmare that you tend to just put up with shoddy cleans week after week just to avoid the hassle.
