Worst company I have ever come acrossNever call back, I have been left without a cleaner for weeks and when I complained I was told they will cancel my contract and refund me. I have not received a call back or email from them. I certainly have not had my money back.They are unbelievable unprofessional and never supply any cover cleaners when the cleaner fails to turn up with an excuse saying its too hot to clean!!!Both Tina and Louise are very unhelpful and always go against what they say they will do.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

Do not use. They use very poor and cheap cleaner. I have to clean it again after they charged me £90 for cleaning. This is a big big disgrace!

Huge disappointment!!!Do not use their franchise in Birmingham.Booked an end of tenancy cleaning from their Birmingham office, and was informed 4 hours will be required. I booked 5 hours in case they cannot finish. However, the 5 hours cleaning is a big big disappointment. 1. All skirts are still full of dust and clearly not cleaned;2. hairs can be found everywhere including the bath tub!3. The tile in the bathroom are still covered with deposit and sludge, mould (the cleaner said she cannot clean), but I cleared that after she is gone easily with some bleach.4. Most windows frame are still covered with dust.5. The hob was not cleaned properly, I cleaned it myself.Moreover, they told me they can clean the stains on my carpet. Not only it wasnot cleaned, the unprofessional cleaning stuff used by the cleaner set the stains in the carpet, even the professional carpet man cannot remove that anymore.HC guys, If you don't know how to clean, please let your customer know that, do not use trial and error approach!!!btw, worth mentioning, they actually did not 5 hours for me, as the cleaner was late for more than 15 minutes, and left on time.

This is a fraud company. I gave them the money to buy a franchise. Teresa owner of the company took my money and didn’t give the franchise as well. I got all the proofs but I ain’t got that much money to go to court and pay a solicitor fees. Don’t go them.

I have no idea why they take such an extortionate management fee every year. The head office is incapable of coordinating between their cleaners and their clients other than the very initial introduction with a cleaner. From then on you are left to manage your cleaner entirely yourself. Any last minute cancellations or absence due to holidays etc are a nightmare to organise around. The head office take their money up front and from them on have no incentive to continue providing the management service you would expect from such a fee.The cleaners they provide are also hit and miss with most being in the 'miss' category, doing the bare minimum and not staying for their full time slot if they feel they are done etc. But as mentioned above, trying to change from the cleaner initially provided is such a logistical nightmare that you tend to just put up with shoddy cleans week after week just to avoid the hassle.

My experience with Homeclean has been extremely positive. The company is reliable and helpful. Cleaning service was done thoroughly and professional. They cleaned every corner just I instructed. Really appreciated! I will definitely be hiring them again.

The office staff are very pleasant and the first cleaner I had was great but returned home to Eastern Europe after about six weeks. I then had a succession of the worst cleaners I have ever come across and I don't have high standards. In fact, you can't really call them cleaners as that would suggest they know how to clean a home; they don't. I came back to find tables not wiped down, beds with the covers dragged up any old how, couches with the cushions chucked on in a haphazard fashion. Bathrooms hadn't been cleaned (they wiped around bottles etc rather than pick them up and wipe underneath), the floor under sofas and tables not cleaned etc etc. It was dreadful. I called the office twice asking them not to send anyone to me who didn't have a reputation as a very good cleaner and said I could wait indefinitely for this. This was to no avail. The next cleaner(s) were as bad as they ones before them. In the end I gave up on getting the cleaner to clean the whole of my flat and said for them just to do the kitchen, bathroom, empty the bins and do the floors. Even that was too much of an ask. Two weeks in a row I came back to find the bath not touched. They also bunked off early: I left as 12.30 and when I got back at 2, she'd been and gone despite my paying for a two hour slot. And the bath was dirty. I'm pleased for the people who've had a good experience with this company. I wish I could recommend them but I 100% can't.

Not trustworthy.Took the fee for six month upfront and promised to find a permanent cleaner. Agreed on the date and time. Then, at the last minute emailed ( not even called) to say that they are unable to find anyone, even though they have confirm that there is someone who is available and able to start on the date in the agreement.Now just waiting for my money back. Really let me down. Waste of time.In my case they were just interested in taking the money in exchange for the empty promises.
