Not having a very good experience going through their rental process. First, they charge me a double deposit because of “credit” then try to limit the houses you get on top of that. Trying to cap me off at 750 but the house is 775 and they won’t budge. They have no compassion and understanding that we are real human beings. I feel like with a double deposit I should be able to choose whatever house I KNOW I can afford not what they try to tell me I can afford. There is a difference. Very disappointed 😔

I have had nothing less than Great service and respect from Homeworks. Mainly Rachel Kain.!She is very professional and always able and willing to assist with my concerns and questions. If she does not have the answer she will find it. I have mostly contacted Homeworks via email and always get a response in return. I would highly recommand Homeworks as a company to contact and see if they can meet your housing needs!

So far, Homeworks has been a chore to deal with. We scheduled a showing with Matt on Tuesday the 27th. He called to confirm. We showed up to the house: No Matt. We called twice. Left a voicemail. We were entirely understanding because things come up, and were eagerly awaiting Matt's response to our voicemail so we could reschedule. It is now Friday. Every call to Homeworks went unanswered as did our voicemails (we left more than one). Finally, I texted Matt today (I hadn't previously because I don't like to bother people on their personal numbers for business) just to have him say that he called and left us a voicemail that morning and that WE did not call to confirm the appointment, which is why he didn't show up. Of course, I provided screenshots of our CONVERSATION (not voicemail because we actually spoke!) to which he gave a half-hearted apology saying he didn't write it down as confirmed. If you can't keep track of someone's appointment, how do you keep track of your tenant's rent? Also, he could have checked his voicemail or called us back if that was truly the case. Now, the house we intended on renting has been rented out to someone Matt bothered to come to the appointment for, and we are out the $40 application fee. So far, not so good.EDIT: Matt called and woke me up at 7am BEGGING me to change his review. He said 'You know, I did apologize. And I do have other properties.' Number one: Saying you apologized, doesn't count as an apology. Number Two: I already made it very clear HomeWorks wouldn't get another dime of my money. Number Three: We already rented a much nicer house from a much better company(Elite Estate Management if anyone needs it). Number Four: I don't appreciate being woken up to hear an adult man cry about how unfair I was. If Google would allow 0 stars, I'd make sure you got them.

We have had a GREAT experience with HomeWorks! The rental home was very clean when we moved in and the staff was very helpful with coordinating our move to the home. The staff is very friendly, professional, helpful, respectful, and has provided quick responses when I contacted HomeWorks with questions. I continually have positive interactions with the staff and they are great at communicating with me. The maintenance staff also has been prompt in their responses and excellent with both customer service and the work that they did at the home. Mitch, along with the other maintenance staff which I had interactions with, are great! Unfortunately, my husband obtained a job out of state and relocation is necessary, but the staff (especially Amber - she’s wonderful!) has been more than accommodating with helping us coordinate our move out and with providing a reference so that we can obtain alternate housing in our new location. We will miss HomeWorks very much!

I have been in my house for a little over a year now. I have only had a few maintenance issues which homeworks paid great attention too once I contacted them. They were prompt and polite in addressing and fixing the issues. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. He did everything to make sure the problem was fixed.

Currently renting and will continue to. Maintenance is wonderful had two issue dealing with water had the problem fixed in one day. Everyone there at homeworks is amazing.
