Feedback:

I was charged for a pizza that I never received and the order never went through, I called the store and wasn't offered any solutions or apologies, there was a complete lack of empathy, just an explanation that the money "may refund in two days" but after calling corporate they said it can take 5 business days. The store I called had the audacity to try and take another order from me meaning more money. I made multiple calls to corporate, got left on hold repeatedly(does anyone even answer the phone?) One time for 20+ minutes and then I was sent to a voicemail. This has ruined absolutely ruined any reputation they have had. I can't imagine this happening to someone struggling who needed that food or money. "Jack" the "Franchise Representative" has the worst customer experience I've ever witnessed.
