Hyatt has the worst customer service! Do not even try to price match... just go to Marriott! Hyatt technology is out dated compare to its competitors and they still use process with human error. I found 3-4 cheaper websites than Hyatt website but when you request the price match ... they can never find the deal since the customer service does not know how to use google. It’s all luck if they match since it’s based on Hyatt call center finding it. If you try calling them ...they just drop your call when you ask questions. It happened to me 3 times and no one called me back. Horrible service. Hyatt - feel free to review the call that your record. I just cancel my room and moved on since this was a horrible experience. You lost 600 dollars for 50 discount. And know you lost a customer for life and all my company accounts.
They will not guarantee if you reserve adjoining rooms that you will be able to get both on the day of So what’s the point ln reserving a room? I even offered to prepay for said rooms and apparently they don’t do that either!I explained to them I would be traveling with childrenAnd there suggestion was they would try to put them as close as possible? How is that ok with children to be down the hall from their parents in a separate room with no supervision?Unacceptable and for that reason I will never use Hyatt again.
