I purchased $100.00 worth of gift cards for a family member to use at any Jimboy's, only to find out that they can only be used at the specific location in which they were purchased. Had The staff at the location told me they were only good at Jimboy's, that they were purchased at I would not have purchased them. I tried to call the owner Roy only to be told that he will not return my call for assistance. The Manager said he would not relay the information to the owner. I would like someone from the corporate office to reach out to me, and resolve this.
