I am finally writing my review on my experience at this salon with Jennifer. I initially went here to have my blonde hair toned to an Icy colour, it looked great. I went back for a root touch up aswell as to an extension installation and My hair was completely fried off. At first Jennifer toned me to a colour I was not wanting so she put a lightener all over my head to get rid of the colour it’d toned to. She then proceeded to stick me under the dryer for 15 minutes at full blast. It was crazily hot and uncomfortable but she always said “ just a few more minutes “! After this she brought me to the sink and began to wash it out. My hair had all broken off and fallen into the sink. When I went to the mirror I could see my hair had broken and found the hair in the sink. When I confronted her she said it was because we didn’t brush my hair before we started. She knew she messed up. My hair would not blow dry as all the moisturizer was sucked out of it. She is very lucky I didn’t proceed with sueing her for this mess. After this happened she promised to do conditioning treatments for 3 months. After the first one, she stopped replying to my messages as shown below. I had rose gold broken off hair for months and months. ( this happened in May ). Do not trust her with your hair. She is rough and is probably high when she’s working. Extremely unprofessional aswell, blazing and smoking during work hours are a no go Jen! Especially in front of your clients. Please go to someone else who doesn’t get high between breaks with there clients. I’ve attached messages between myself as Jennifer aswell as the after picture of all my broken off pixie cut look she did.
