I don't know where to start, I've been coming to this place for years. I love it would be an understatement. I guess to start I have to say, I have looked for years for a place that I was really comfortable with and who knew how to handle my hair. Not to drop name but I have been to high end salons in a few different countries. But so far, Juice salon is the top. I never even considered going anywhere else but I am moving from Vancouver and I honestly have to say losing this salon experience will be hard. I will definitely recommend. This place will make you feel comfortable cause they are professional and will listen to you and your needs, they don't try to pressure you into getting services you didn't ask for. My husband also gets his hair cut here, he won't go anywhere else. I think if anyone is looking for a good salon you should give this place a try, I know you won't regret it.

I love visiting this salon. Jen is amazing... very upbeat and trustworthy. I usually just let her decide what will work best when it comes to style and colour, etc. - and I don't have a lot of hair to start with but I always feel beautiful when I leave Juice. I travel almost 500km for my salon visit. Well worth it.

Just waaaaaw. I'm so impressed by the quality of the service as well as the kindness of Jen and Kristy. I have extreamly curly, frizzy, thick and long hair, I went for a permanent straightening and I'm amazed by the results, both Jen and Kristy are super friendly and knowledgeable, Kristy was awsome and very patient during the service that lasted over 4h 30min, I had fun my self and didn't feel the time. The first impression was great starting the phone call when I spoke to Jen and she gave me all the info I needed. I'll be back for sure as soon as possible for a hair cut and colouring. I'm glad that I finally found the best hair salon in Vancouver.

The BEST hair salon I have ever been to. Jenn and Kristy are amazing! My hair has never looked so good. I’m originally from Toronto and I’ve never had more honest, trusting, talented people work on my Hair...and besides the fact I look gorgeous and the compliments are constantly coming my way! Thanks Jenn and Kristy! Love you girls! Highly, highly recommend this salon.

I am finally writing my review on my experience at this salon with Jennifer. I initially went here to have my blonde hair toned to an Icy colour, it looked great. I went back for a root touch up aswell as to an extension installation and My hair was completely fried off. At first Jennifer toned me to a colour I was not wanting so she put a lightener all over my head to get rid of the colour it’d toned to. She then proceeded to stick me under the dryer for 15 minutes at full blast. It was crazily hot and uncomfortable but she always said “ just a few more minutes “! After this she brought me to the sink and began to wash it out. My hair had all broken off and fallen into the sink. When I went to the mirror I could see my hair had broken and found the hair in the sink. When I confronted her she said it was because we didn’t brush my hair before we started. She knew she messed up. My hair would not blow dry as all the moisturizer was sucked out of it. She is very lucky I didn’t proceed with sueing her for this mess. After this happened she promised to do conditioning treatments for 3 months. After the first one, she stopped replying to my messages as shown below. I had rose gold broken off hair for months and months. ( this happened in May ). Do not trust her with your hair. She is rough and is probably high when she’s working. Extremely unprofessional aswell, blazing and smoking during work hours are a no go Jen! Especially in front of your clients. Please go to someone else who doesn’t get high between breaks with there clients. I’ve attached messages between myself as Jennifer aswell as the after picture of all my broken off pixie cut look she did.

Jen is a lovely lady. I spent 5 and a half hours in her salon and we had a nice time. Good chats. I came in with platinum hair growing out and was tired of having roots! I told her I wanted to have my natural hair ombred together with the platinum I already had so it looks nicer and more “natural” than just having 4 inches of my natural hair and a straight cut to the platinum. Roots, right? I’ve had natural hair my whole life, and had to dye it platinum for a modeling job.The whole point was to not have to do any color maintenance or have to worry about having roots again. Jen told me that she would need to do several treatments for this process. Now I’m no hair dresser, but I don’t think it would’ve taken more than one process. Anyways. Jen told me since half my hair is already bleached we may as well have fun with it and dye the blonde part purple, and dye my natural hair ONE shade darker than my natural hair so that it balances with the darker purple we are putting in. I was told that the roots won’t be terrible and won’t need maintenance. Lol. She was saying that most hair dressers don’t know how to dye hair a darker shade of brown, that other hair dressers make it black. My hair.... is black. My roots are worse than before. I look like a grandmother with the contrast of black and my light brown hair that’s growing in. I also had scalp burns, and now dandruff that’s pretty out of control. Never had these problems before. For $350 I’m disappointed, because now I have to re-dye my hair and spend more money. I just wanted to have nice hair that would just need trims. No More chemicals. Just natural. I’m just sad with how my hair looks. I’m really sad that now I have to deal with roots again. I didn’t get what I asked for, nor what I paid for. Thanks for reading.

I am so happy I was late because if I hadn't been I would of given these two childish, unprofessional bleach blonde/fake lip wanna-be Barbie's my boyfriend's hard-earned money!So I heard they were great and also do human hair extensions which I want to get as well, so I called and booked with them for a cut and partial highlight. The girl sounded unsure and booked me for 11, then she called back and asked if we could make it 1030. I obliged.I was late, it was my first time using public transit, but kept in touch the whole time. Anyways, I talked to her when I was 10 minutes away. I get there and she looks at me with this fake, EVIL smile and says "yeah..Soo..we are not going to be able to do anything today I have another client coming in 10 minutes"EXCUSE ME??!!? Sooo..even if I had been on time it wouldn't of mattered??SO. What you're saying is, you overbooked yourself, COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME (came all the way down here from Surrey), basically lied to me and lured me to your shop under false pretenses, then proceeded to be rude to me even though it was her fault. If anyone should be mad it's me!!!! Completely disgusting and abhorrent behavior. I would recommend going to somewhere else just based on the fact they would treat a potential client that way. I was planning on spending thousands of dollars so really it was their loss!!!! I'll go spend it somewhere else who know how to treat people with respect.
