I am so happy I was late because if I hadn't been I would of given these two childish, unprofessional bleach blonde/fake lip wanna-be Barbie's my boyfriend's hard-earned money!So I heard they were great and also do human hair extensions which I want to get as well, so I called and booked with them for a cut and partial highlight. The girl sounded unsure and booked me for 11, then she called back and asked if we could make it 1030. I obliged.I was late, it was my first time using public transit, but kept in touch the whole time. Anyways, I talked to her when I was 10 minutes away. I get there and she looks at me with this fake, EVIL smile and says "yeah..Soo..we are not going to be able to do anything today I have another client coming in 10 minutes"EXCUSE ME??!!? Sooo..even if I had been on time it wouldn't of mattered??SO. What you're saying is, you overbooked yourself, COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME (came all the way down here from Surrey), basically lied to me and lured me to your shop under false pretenses, then proceeded to be rude to me even though it was her fault. If anyone should be mad it's me!!!! Completely disgusting and abhorrent behavior. I would recommend going to somewhere else just based on the fact they would treat a potential client that way. I was planning on spending thousands of dollars so really it was their loss!!!! I'll go spend it somewhere else who know how to treat people with respect.
