The bagels are OK, but the service is absolutely horrible. I was greeted by this nonchalant cashier chewing gum. He needed to be reminded 3 times about my order. The kitchen staff is disorganized and scattered. A customer asked the staff for something (I didn't hear what) and was told "we are too busy". Don't let the line up fool you, it's just because they are slow as molasses. I waited 20 minutes for them to throw microwaved egg and bacon on an already made bagel. And then, they were giving me a hard time because I didn't have an order number (I was never given one!) Ugh...Save the frustration and just go to the Kettlemans at college square!
