If I can give them 0 stars I would. I think giving them 1 star is very generous. Service is horrible - not helpful employees and you have to wait 30 minutes to get your food (or even coffee!) OR you can use drive thru and wait only 20 minutes to get your food. Also, if you would like to make any adjustments you your order, forget it - not going to happen. Very frustrating and disappointing. I never write any reviews but after I waited 20 minutes in my car for food that I haven't even ordered - I had to. Don't understand how they are still in business.

The food is tasty and fresh, that was not the problem. Firstly, you don't get much food for the money. But after 3 or 4 visits and every time, they forget that you asked fo something simple like lemon slices for your drink and when they bring your order to the table, and you remind them, they they say they will go see about getting it and they never do. Everytime you need something simple like that you have to go up and wait forever all over again, while people who come up in the drive through after you come first. We gave them plenty of chances. But every visit for 3 or 4 times is the same bad service..

Fresh food, excellent flavor, good portions, inviting atmosphere. My husband and I had sandwiches, he the club, I had a turkey panini. Both were excellent. I indulged in dessert, yum! We also carried out cinnamon rolls and brownies.

I’m not one to post reviews, but our several negative experiences at this specific location merited feedback. My wife and I generally are huge fans of Kneaders (the ones in Utah), but we’ve been very disappointed in the service here. It was bad enough tonight that I actually called them directly just to give them a heads-up and all I got back was an “Ok, thanks.” Along with extremely slow service (on an online pickup), forgotten items, and an exceptionally poor meat-to-bread ratio on all our sandwiches that is uncharacteristic of this franchise, my french dip was placed on its side inside the bag, leading the au jus to spill everywhere. I’m not looking for a refund—not that I was offered one anyway—I just genuinely hope that they’ll fix what are clearly chronic issues with their service. Here’s hoping, since they’re the only location in the area.
