Feedback:

I’m not one to post reviews, but our several negative experiences at this specific location merited feedback. My wife and I generally are huge fans of Kneaders (the ones in Utah), but we’ve been very disappointed in the service here. It was bad enough tonight that I actually called them directly just to give them a heads-up and all I got back was an “Ok, thanks.” Along with extremely slow service (on an online pickup), forgotten items, and an exceptionally poor meat-to-bread ratio on all our sandwiches that is uncharacteristic of this franchise, my french dip was placed on its side inside the bag, leading the au jus to spill everywhere. I’m not looking for a refund—not that I was offered one anyway—I just genuinely hope that they’ll fix what are clearly chronic issues with their service. Here’s hoping, since they’re the only location in the area.
