Feedback:

I’ve called three time, no answer no call back. I went in with a free tan coupon. Got told wrong information about the membership and was told it was unlimited tans for $10 a month. Ended up paying $40-$50 for one spray instead of getting one free one. No ones doing anything about the situation

Left two voicemails , no call back. This after I’ve had an issue with one of their store associates, and then in attempt to TRY to just talk to a manager got threatened with harassment for leaving a voicemail! You absolutely cannot get ahold of anyone other than a store clerk.

The La Tan on Laraway Road in New Lenox has extremely weak beds. I tan very easily and after 4 sessions nothing. I have never had this problem with this location in the past. I have access to all levels. I’m sure if they changed the bulbs more regularly this wouldn’t be the case.

So disappointed in LA Tan, use to go for a lot time. We move a lot - we are a military family - the Lisle, IL location keeps charging my CC after I canceled it at the end of April. I spoke to 2 different people at the corporate office, Jeanette, and another lady saying Jeanette would contact me, well no one did. So disappointed that this is what one person has to do to get someone to call them back! I've been calling since June 10th! Left messages with multiple people. Nothing - do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.

I had my wallet stolen and lost my job in the same week. With all the stress I forgot to update my la tan bank card info. I was on the freeze plan so it wasn't much to keep the package. I went in one day ready to relax only to find out I owed them fees for my card rejecting. Why could no one call me? Two months went by. My phone number is current? I would think corporate would make one phone call to check. I was a customer for well over a year with no issues? I would of gladly paid the first fee apologized and updated my info. But now two months more fees and I left a form with contact info to at least discuss a resolution at the store and still have gotten no response? Is this any way to treat a customer? Not worth one phone call? No longer using your services.

East Peoria, IL owner is rude and unprofessional. They stopped offering Spray Tans yet wouldn't refund me for the $125 I paid to get my spray tans...HMMM??? Corporate never responded to my email. I am about to get a lawyer and have them pay my lawyer fees, time missed from work, and the $125 they owe me for a service that HAS NEVER BEEN USED and ISNT POSSIBLE TO USE!!!!!
