I had my wallet stolen and lost my job in the same week. With all the stress I forgot to update my la tan bank card info. I was on the freeze plan so it wasn't much to keep the package. I went in one day ready to relax only to find out I owed them fees for my card rejecting. Why could no one call me? Two months went by. My phone number is current? I would think corporate would make one phone call to check. I was a customer for well over a year with no issues? I would of gladly paid the first fee apologized and updated my info. But now two months more fees and I left a form with contact info to at least discuss a resolution at the store and still have gotten no response? Is this any way to treat a customer? Not worth one phone call? No longer using your services.
