My favourite spa in Ontario. Excellent customer service and a beautiful facility. The massages are out of this world. Last time we visited there was construction, and it was hardly noticeable. However, after the massage we were awarded with a complimentary visit for next time. Talk about going above and beyond!! So unexpected but amazing and unforgettable customer service.
