My favourite spa in Ontario. Excellent customer service and a beautiful facility. The massages are out of this world. Last time we visited there was construction, and it was hardly noticeable. However, after the massage we were awarded with a complimentary visit for next time. Talk about going above and beyond!! So unexpected but amazing and unforgettable customer service. Great atmosphere to relax. When busy it can be a bit much trying to find your own space in the serene paradise. Would suggest spending 3-4 hours here to get the most out of the cost.

Pricey but so beautiful. It really makes you feel like you're on a mini holiday. I booked in for a massage and used the outdoor spa services. The massage was definitely a relaxation massage vs working out any tension but it was nice. The sheer amount of options when using the outdoor services was amazing. Very clean, very quiet. My only complaint was that I thought the dining area would be more like a restaurant, instead it's sort of run like a take out place, where you order from a select menu board and sit down to eat. The food unfortunately wasn't as impressive as its surroundings.

Hi ...one caveat to the deal. If you buy a massage certification you must call for a reservation 4 months to the day to book a weekend reservation. No waiting lists...the onus is for you to call and plan a minimum of 4 months in advance and try to secure a spot...a turkey shoot at best!!! They will not book you in until you call exactly 4 months to the day. (Wow!) Weekdays somewhat more flexible but still require phoning in advance to be coordinated. We live a long way from Blue Mountain and this is very difficult to arrange under these conditions! Very restrictive procedures, sales techniques and practices! The baths are open daily and a little more flexible ..but who wants to spent $ 85.00 +++ for a hot tub?

This place is about 1.45 hours away from Toronto and offers an amazing experience at a decent price. The facilities are clean and well maintained. There is always staff roaming the facilities to make sure everything is in order. Amazing place for self care and relaxation.

I never had a spa treatment before, I was very excited for getting my first therapeutic massage at Scandinave spa. When I arrived I went to the baths, was very relaxing very quiet it was a nice escape till my male therapist arrived that I did not expect, i was only comfortable with a female which I wish they have mentioned on the phone. Receptionist was not helpful, funny enough it was supposed to be “quiet zones” until she raised her voice to tell me I did not mention that I have wanted a female massage therapist instead. I drove for two and a half hours to get my first massage that I did not receive. I feel horrible for the male therapist for wasting his time as much as my time. Epic fail and funny enough they kept my deposit. No one made it clear to me that I had a choice at booking to choose male or female Masseuse. Hope we both learned fromThis..
